Kami sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk posisi sebagai Customer Service Specialist E-Commerce US Project di perusahaan PT. Teleperformance secara full-time dengan lokasi kerja Jl. Pahlawan No.55e, Sukaluyu, Kec. Cibeunying Kaler, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat 40123.
- Communicate with customers, email, live chat and call (inbound/outbound).
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments (Team Leader) to meet customer's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms collaborate on projects to improve support tools and processes.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent diploma
- 1 years' work experience in e-commerce service handlingΒ (fresh graduate welcome to apply)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and ambiguity.
- Flexible for shifting schedule and changes along with it.Β Ready working with US schedule night block shifting.
- Ability to handle high volumes during promotions and peak seasons.
- English capabilities minimum B1 English First and ready interview with fulll english.
Preferred Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Multi-lingual is highly preferred (depends on the market assignment)
- Compliance perations experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Knowledge Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus.
- Experience in E-Commerce buyer/seller/creator services.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Preferably to have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- English capabilities minimum B1 English First and ready interview with fulll english.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
