Saat ini PT Green Flexible Industries (Batam Center). memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut Account admin Staff di Batam Centre, Kara Industrial Park Baloi Permai, Kec. Batam Kota, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau 29444
Responsibilities
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, etc
- Providing support to the Accounting Department
- Working with spreadsheet with accuracy
- Recording and review file payroll
- Recording and filing financial transactions
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
Qualifications
- Full-timer Account administration staff Female/Male
- Able to speak Mandarin/Chinese dialog is a must
- Able to speak English will be an advantage
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills
- Knowledge of GF Accounting program will be an advantage
- Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with accounting principles and tax regulations will be an advantage
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
